Located within a short stroll of Oneroa Village and the beach, sits Tiri Cottage, a well appointed 2 bedroom holiday house. Just around the corner from the couch cinema, art gallery and a multitude of Oneroa Village shops and restaurants, this fully self contained 2 bedroom cottage is popular because of it's rare combination of affordability and prime location. The open plan living area has a 52" large flat screen smart TV, heatpump/air conditioning, leather couch, dining area and both bedrooms are fitted out with super comfortable Queen size beds and feather pillows.
The Kitchen is compact but has everything you may need including dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob and fridge freezer. It has 1 good sized bathroom with great hot water pressure, plus an outdoor hot water shower to rinse off after the long day at the beach.
Outside is a gorgeous wrap around deck inviting you to bask in the sun on one of our comfy loungers, enjoy a glass of wine on the outdoor couch or cook up a storm on the 4 burner BBQ.
We have just installed a fantastic new spa pool which is the perfect way to unwind and relax at the end of the day.
After a gentle stroll down to the cafes or the beach, lay back and relax on the white leather couches or head out to the large sunny deck and fire up the BBQ!

Please note that a 7-night minimum stay is required from the 20th Dec to the 10th January, a 3-night minimum stay for long weekends and 2-night minimum stay at all other times. One night bookings can be accommodated, during the 2 night minimum stay periods, at a 50% loading on the nightly rate (please inquire with the office).
Waiheke Unlimited offers a wide range of services for the duration of your visit, including private in-house Chefs, daily housekeeping, beach towel hire, transport, tours and experiences, massage, child minding, port-a-cot and/or high chair hire, etc. Advance bookings required.

This cottage is in a nice location only 10 min walk to the beach, cafes & shops of Oneroa village. The cottage had a pleasant view, but the bedrooms were on the small side but still held large beds.”
