Downstairs you will also find a laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer. Washing detergent is provided for your convenience.

Due to the layout of the property it is not suitable for children under 12 years old. Please note that the downstairs suite is accessed from a separate outdoor entrance and the use of a short outdoor staircase is required in order to access the upper level.
